Such festivals have been binding the Nepali people by the thread of unity and maintaining religious tolerance and harmony as well as providing them opportunities for one-on-one happiness, communication and entertainment.
It is necessary to maintain the originality of Haritalika Teej and awaken its cultural importance. He said that there is a need today to adopt a simple and virtuous lifestyle, stop spending and indulgence, and keep the dignity of such festivals respectable.
