Stating that the government is sensitive towards the issue of career development and rights of the employees, Chief Minister Pandey appealed to the employee unions, employee associations and organizations to give suggestions and suggestions to the government focusing on the common issues of the employees. ‘Instead of taking credit by raising the issue of employees, please cooperate with the government to find a solution’ he said. ‘The government is not ready to fulfill all the demands at one go.’ Stating that there is a need to improve the Nijama Nijama issued by some other states due to the issue of federal Nijama Nijama, he suggested that the state should focus on the issue of resources, resources and capacity, and focus on the issue of rights. In the program presided over by Principal Secretary of Gandaki State, Lakshmi Kumari Vasnetko, employees including the President of the Employees Trade Union were presented with the ideas about career development, rights, amendments in the State Civil Code and issues to be addressed. On the occasion of Nijamati Seva Diwas, organized by the office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers, programs like blood donation, health camp, various sports competitions, correspondence response etc. were organised.
